You need to fully complete a task to earn the points. If you’re screened out, the task quota is reached or the task expires, this won’t count as a completed task and you won’t be eligible for points. If you believe you fully completed a task and haven’t been paid the points, please check the “Tick” tab in the app where your task history is shown. Create a ticket, by selecting “screenout query” from the drop-down menu and provide full details of the task (name, date, time, points), as well as your phone number and email address so we can locate your account and investigate.
