The message “Please disconnect VPN” means your device or network is currently using a VPN, proxy, or another tool that masks or changes your location. This can make it appear as though you’re accessing the app from a different location.
Curious Cat needs to know your location so we can match you with relevant tasks. When a VPN is active, we’re unable to do this.
To continue using Curious Cat:
- Turn off your VPN.
- Return to the app.
- If the screen doesn’t disappear automatically, tap Refresh.
Once the VPN is disconnected, the message will disappear and you’ll be able to continue using Curious Cat as usual.
Note: Certain apps or networks can also affect how your connection appears. This may include ad blockers, antivirus or security software with web protection, parental controls, work or school networks, or some public or corporate Wi-Fi connections.
