This week we've experienced a technical issue with PayPal, our primary payment provider. This led to delays with some cash-out transactions. We also saw some pending transactions timing out and being cancelled.

The issue now appears to be resolved. Most pending payments have now been processed, and new transactions are processing instantly as normal.
