We have a variety of automated system checks in place to protect your account and the Curious Cat community. When these checks detect specific activity, accounts can be locked until you request an account review.

Examples of why your account could be locked for review:

  • You’ve tried to create more than one account

  • Google Play or the App Store might think your phone isn’t compatible with our app

  • You’ve tried to cash out when you’re not in your home country

  • Your system score has dropped too low
