Support team hours and response times

Our support team works 7am to 5pm UK time, Monday to Friday. We try to keep our Help Centre updated with answers to all the frequently asked questions and recommend you start there whenever you get stuck. If you do need to contact us with a query specific to your account, the fastest way to get things resolved is to create a ticket in the Help Centre and choose the appropriate topic from the drop-down menu. This will ensure your question is sent directly to the right department. Tickets are responded to in the order we receive them. We aim to reply within one working day. The team doesn’t work weekends, so If you contact us on a Friday, we’ll respond by the end of Monday. If you contact us on social media, we’ll still need to create a ticket and request any additional information. It’s always much faster to create a ticket through the Help Centre, providing all the relevant information up front.
