Retrieving an account attached to an old mobile number

If you already have an account with us but have changed your mobile number, all we need to do is update the mobile number associated with your account. Please create a ticket, selecting “update account details” from the drop-down menu, and provide us with the following information so we can locate your account as quickly as possible:
Old phone number
New phone number
The email address you registered with
We’ll respond to your ticket within 48 hours (usually much faster) so there’s no need to create more than one ticket.
