My withdrawal hasn't reached my account

Payments normally reach your receiving account, whether Paypal, TrueMoney, OVO, Shopeepay or DANA, immediately. However, on occasion, it can take up to 24 hours for your money to arrive. Please note, deposits come from our parent company and will show in your account as “On Device Research”. If you have not received your deposit after 24 hours of cashing out, please create a ticket so we can investigate for you: select “cashout/withdrawal question” from the drop-down menu and provide your phone number, registered email address, recipient account type (eg Paypal) and the transaction amount so we can review your transaction as fast as possible.
