If your account is locked, you’ll need to request an account review by one of our team. Create a ticket and select “Request account review” from the drop-down menu. Please provide both the phone number and email address you’re registered with so we can locate and review your account as quickly as possible. We’ll respond to your ticket within 48 hours (usually much faster) so there’s no need to send in more than one ticket.
