MAX pays you 17 points for every day you’re connected. You won’t earn points for days where MAX is paused, your phone is offline without an internet connection or if MAX has been permanently deactivated.

There are also scenarios where your phone may interrupt the MAX connection, for example when power management settings kick in. 

There are lots of different Android device types and this is a new feature, so it’s possible that MAX may not always run and stay connected as intended on some devices.
