We have extra security measures in place that protect your account and the Curious Cat community. If your account has been locked it could be down to a number of things - but not to worry, most of the time you won’t have done anything wrong. Here are a few examples of why your account might be locked:
You’ve tried to make a new account after already having one.
The play store might not think your phone is compatible with our app
You’ve tried to cash out whilst on holiday. We advise you not to use the app while you’re out of the country to avoid this.
